This adorable little tiger baby was abandoned by his mother at the Pittsburgh Zoo. His name is Billy Ray, after Billy Ray Cyrus. I wonder if he had a sister if they’d name her Miley? Original story and pics found here. There was also an adorable video of Billy Ray being bottle fed. Check it out!
